This trick is eat breakfast. It has been scientifically proven that eating a breakfast will help you loose weight, while skipping breakfast can actually lead to weight gain.
The reason has to do with your blood sugar level. By fasting all night – while you are asleep – and then skipping breakfast, you body is going a full 12 to 15 hours without any kind of sugar. This disrupts your metabolism and makes you want to snack more frequently or even over-eat at lunch.
What Should I Eat for Breakfast?
Don’t eat cereal, toast, or any items loaded with sugar and high in carbohydrates. This will have the opposite effect of spiking your blood sugar causing you to crash sooner. This can really wreak havoc on your metabolism.
Aim for items high in protein. Omelets are a good bet. Sausage and Ham will help. Just remember that these items are high in fat so eat them in moderation.
