Macro Monday: Stephen King. I was incredibly frustrated by this one. Stephen King has been one of my favorite writers since I was old enough to read fiction, but I could not for the life of me figure out what to shoot.

Since I know Stephen King is a huge Red Sox fan and he must be going crazy watching the Yankees win, I decided on taking from "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon."

Strobist: Vivitar 285hv at 1/16 power camera left shot through homemade dome diffuser. I put a white piece of posterboard, folded in half over the top and right side of the ball creating a little tent. Fired with a Cactus V4.

I used a 2x magnification filter on my Canon 100mm lens.
